is this worth it?

for $275? i will add 4 gigs total. i have a raedeon 2600 pro 512mb graphics card already and i'll add vista ultimate (both are compatible). i already have a 250 sata drive as well.

here is what comes w/ it:

Windows XP Pro SP3, Office 2007 Enterprise, Nero Ultra, I have 256 DDR2 ram in the machine, but it is a very cheap upgrade. 3.2 Pentium 4 HT Processor 120 GB Hardrive, DVD/CDRW Drive, also a USB Mouse and Keyboard Mark

any haggling suggestion for 1 or 2 of these. he has a bunch.
