Is ths Overclock worth it?

i just spent the whole day getting all the settings in my PC just right to run at a stable 3.6Ghz,and my graphics card OCed as well..Is this 3DMARK05 Score worth all this added heat???

50C = 122F ....140 F ( 60C) is the redline for CPU temps IMO ... your temps are suprisingly cool for a prescott ( prescotts run vary hot normaly anyway ).... I say its simple...... if its stable its good... and the cooler it runs the better.....
