Is your PC a boy or a girl

Five reasons to believe computers are female:

1. No one but the Creator understands their internal logic.

2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else.


3. The message "Bad command or file name" is about as informative as, "If you don't know why I'm mad at you, then I'm certainly not going to tell you."


4. Even your smallest mistakes are stored in long-term memory for later retrieval.


5. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it.

However, another group of computer scientists (all female) think that computers should be referred to as if they were male.

Their reasons follow:

1. They have a lot of data, but are still clueless.

2. They are supposed to help you solve problems, but half the time they ARE the problem.

3. As soon as you commit to one you realize that, if you had waited a little longer, you could have obtained a better model.

4. In order to get their attention, you have to turn them on.

5. Big power surges knock them out for the rest of the night.

 

Others you missed on the female side :

If you mess with it, it'll shut you out completely, sometimes for days.

It knows what your up to at all times, no matter what you try and do.

My daughter would absolutely LOVE that!!!!

BTW - my PC is a girl.....she is usually always good but when she is BAD she is really bad..........:-D

 

My granddaughter would have loved that, a couple years ago, she's growing up :cry (along with the other 3, 6 already made it) Prayers do get answered.

Computational devices were male. Now they are female. When the change occurred, I cannot say. I just don't remember when it happened. I can't even recall if I was happy at the time. Perhaps I was reading a book, or watching TV. All I can tell you, is that computers are now female and they rule.

This change cannot be undone, so there is no reason to worry. You must not be afraid, but instead embrace the new reality of computer. Say it with me ... Computer. Did you hear that? Compute Her, Compute Her. I don't comprehend her and yet there it is again... Compute Her.

Once, when messages were addressed, stamped, and delivered, this was affectionately referered to as fee-mail, and the Goddess was pleased. Later, when those computational machines were linked electronically, messages became known as e-mail. This sounded like he-mail and the Goddess was not pleased.

This was the moment when male computing devices all over the planet received a special blessing by the Goddess.

It is now logical to assume that e-mail will soon be replaced by fe-mail. I'm just hoping that the fee structure will remain affordable. Does anybody comprehend why the fe-mail requires so many pairs of shoes?
