ISearch in Internet Explorer

    www.hotsearchbar.com....this is the new search bar that opens now as soon as I open I. E.? Is anyone experiencing this and how do you eliminate it for good? How did it appear in the 1st place?

    It's a Browser Helper Object (BHO). Click here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 for MG's basic instructions on how to get rid of it. Ask for more help in the Spyware Specific section if necessary, as they will be able to provide better assistance.

    Run Spybot and Ad-Aware and have BHODemon on when online, you will need to clean your Registry as well. If you have XP, use Microsoft Antispyware Beta 1.
