ISND NUC problem

    i m having a ISDN nailed up connection with using CISCO 2500 series router
    when i m ping one end to other end router its given me delay time of 250ms but before one month it gave me 80 to 90ms "there is no changes in distance and router " so i 'v called the vendor he check me the line and saying there is no problem with isdn line form which command or how to test isdn line pls help me
