ISO Colored Bar-Arranging Software..

Looking for a program to do something specific and hoping someone here can help. I want to be able to arrange colored, horizontal bars in vertical stacks, to choose the colors, add text inside the bars, add/move/delete bars at will, and name each stack at the top. If I can do this with multiple stacks on the same screen, side-by-side, so much the better. The closest I've seen is this calendar module (below) for a $500 dollar program--but of course the days and dates interrupt the stacks, and the price tag is up there. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Perhaps one of these FlowChart applications will suit your needs.

 

Thanks for the suggestion--but these aren't going to do the trick. I need something very close to what the video shows. If you can think of anywhere else I should be posting this, feel free to point me there...
