ISO: MP3 Player Sync Management Program

I’m searching for a program that can compare what files are and are not in any two locations.

For an unfortunate reason I had to delete my entire music library off my computer and after doing so I had to put it back on via my mp3 player. However not all of the 1473 tracks copied to to my computer. So instead of creating a checklist and going about trying to find which songs did and didn't copy, I figured it would be easier to have a program to do it for me.
I don't want the program to synchronize my mp3 player with my computer automaticly (because then I would have less songs) I just want a program that will generate a list of files that aren’t in location A but are in location B (and vice versa)

Also for some reason my computer is having a difficult time copying files to my mp3 player, it can copy songs to it without fail. But it will freeze if it tries to copy pictures or video to it. Any tips or recommendations for this would be especially helpful.

Never mind I found the miracle program that I was looking for it made my ZVM instantly recognized fixing all my programs the file is attached.
