ISO: program for creating face tags

Hello -
Please excuse me if I don't use the exact appropriate technical terms.

I am looking for a program to work in conjunction with my other graphic software programs, to aid identification within a photo.

For example, facebook.com has this feature and calls it 'photo tags'

Flickr.com has it and calls it something else.

But I don't use either of those online programs.

Is there a shareware program that will work in conjunction with my existing software packages (primarily IMatch, The Master Genealogist and General Knowledge Base).

Not exactly what I'm looking for, but close enuf for the time being. Thank you!

For FotoTagger, I can't work within another browser; I have to be directly in FotoTagger (ie, I am hoping to find something that will work within another program).

Also, I'm looking to be able to poise my cursor over someone's face, and have the name appear. For FotoTagger, I can either have none of the tags appear, or all of them appear.

But that's better than nothing, so thank you!
