    Hi all,

We use NetZero as our ISP and IE6 is the default browser. My daughters computer, when she attempts to log on to the internet, almost constantly gives a message that the program(netzero) is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. I uninstall and reinstall and all is good UNTIL the next logon attempt but not always does this happen. I was curious and went into the registry where I found that netscape was installed. I do not know how it got there. She does use AIM to chat. Is this something that AOL "planted"? And could netscape be the source of the conflict? I have removed netscape from the registry but it somehow magically reappears,(scracthes head) and the problems begin anew.

    Thanks for your trusted guidance.
    Bill
