ISP Issues? Can't load website

Hey Majorgeekers! How's the sexiest Geek Squad on this side of the interweb doing? I need some help solving a minor enigma. Thanks in advance for your patience and time!

I can no longer load my daily roleplaying forum on either my desktop PC or my dinosaur laptop. I'd been browsing on it previously that day, went to explore the outside world, and when I returned it just would not load. I get either a connection timeout (firefox), or a redirect to at&t search/error page (IE).

I tried pinging the site and my packets just get lost.

I can connect to the site through a proxy.

Is this an ISP error, perhaps?
