ISScript Errors

I am having issues trying to install a test certification software program onto computers running win 2000 sp4. When the install runs, it almost finishes then an error pops up stating that "The Install engine on this machine is older than the one required to install this software, contact your support personnel for assistance"

This software comes in a two disk set, Core Hardware, and core Software for A+ Certification. The Software installs and runs great, the hardware cd is giving me the trouble. It just works on some systems and not others, any ideas? The software is from "Thomson Course technology"

Is that the exact error message or does it read like the one below?

The InstallScript engine on this machine is older than the version required to run this setup. If available please install the latest version of ISScript.msi, or contact your support personel for help

Thanks for your reply, you hit it right on the head, I had to go back to the work machine to read exactly what that error said. Any ideas on a work-around?

 

Sorry about that, didn't see the link, sometimes I can't see the forest because the trees are in the way
