Issue Reg. Upx Upgrade

    Hi! I recently upgraded UPX 3.95 to 3.96 on a Win98SE computer and am wondering if the upgrade gives me a better compression ratio if I decompress all my UPX-compressed executables and recompress the usin the new format. If so, I want to be able to scan the hard drive for UPX-compressed executables.
