Alright, I asked about getting some help a while back, but this damn thing keeps coming back or something.
I think the methods we did only blocked it for a bit, not completely removed it.

At first I thought it was asking about microsoft office and wanted to install that, so I deleted that thinking it would fix this issue, but nope, it just popped onto another program to try and get me to delete it, this time its Microsoft Windows.

Anyways here are the issues that I'm having with it at the moment.
I would try to go open user accounts, and then this would pop up

Now if I click okay or exit this would pop up.

Also when opening internet explorer or anything that has to do with explorer I think, even on services.msc it popped up.

I'm not sure if this is a software issue or a malware issue at the moment.
Also, how do I uninstall sygate firewall?
I can't even open it anymore and its still running.
I tried to uninstall but the windows installer issue makes things very difficult.

The first thing I'd do is remove Office XP Professional from the Windows Installer using the Installer CleanUp tool. Download it here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/en-us Run the file named msicuu.exe and look through the list for Microsoft Office XP Professional. Highlight it and click Remove. Then go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Office XP. Then run CCleaner and clean the temp/junk files and the registry. You can download CCleaner here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_No_Toolbar_d4191.html Reboot and re-install Office XP Professional. It might not be a bad idea to look through the Event Viewer before you do anything and record the details of any errors listed; esp. the errors that occured at the same time as the problems you posted above occured.
    Good luck!

To uninstall a program that used the windows installer, use the Cleanup Tool.
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
download, run it and a list of all the programs installed using this will be displayed. If Sygate is listed, highlight it and windows will clean up the remains.
Before you do the above, have you tried to remove it either through add/remove or through Sygate? If so, also press ctrl+alt+del to look at what processes are running. If sygate is running, try to end the process before you use the Cleanup Tool.

I missed the part about Sygate. My bad.... If you cannot remove Sygate using Plodr's info, try using a 3rd party uninstaller (in safe mode if needed). I like Revo; it does a great job and is easy to use....

Hmm, I'm guessing that worked, no more of those pop-ups.
I didn't uninstall the microsoft office, I just used the windows installer clean up.

But this is what came up when I ran the clean up tool, and double-clicked ms office.

About sygate, I used the clean up utility a while back on that one, and I can't find it anymore on add/remove programs.
I did this because i was trying to uninstall it a couple of days ago, but the windows installer problem wouldn't let me.

Anyways, the only file that is running that I'm sure is from sygate is smc.exe
But I can't kill this process and have no idea how to uninstall it now, I would like to install it again too.

All right, seems just about everything is working good now, haven't had any errors and lets hope for the best, I reinstalled sygate, and its working fine now.

Now I'm not sure if you guys could answer this, but I'll go ahead and shoot.
I installed IoBit smartdefrag and am wondering if its supposed to be that quick?
It supposably defragmented my computer in like a second.
I mostly used microsofts defragmentation thing, but that took a couple hours, is this right?

I would think that you ran into a problem... but I haven't used IoBit smartdefrag. But I do use this:
