Issues with Skype

    All of a sudden phone numbers displayed in browser pages and emails don't highlight. (They're referred to as "callto numbers") I tried un-installing and reloading skype as well as doing the same for the Skype extension in Firefox.
    What gives? Answers from Skype help take days to get, any body out there got
    a clue?
