IST hijacker problems

i am having agravated problems with an IST hijacker bar which will not get off my system.

i have removed time and time again but it always reinstals itself when i either restart the system or log off.

i have run several programs and each keep finding it and none of them can remove it for good, because it seems to keep reinstaling itself.

is this because it is on a file/ piece of soft wear and if so how can i find out where it is?

is their any good piece of softwear not mentioned in the FAQ, which could track it down to an actual file?
