iteractive services

I had some problems (shown in another post) and had to re-format since then i keep getting a pop up from interactive services at first the message was install printer, that done it was OK for a while and now its back but when i open the message all i get is a blank and it says "you can return now".

is there a fix for this that anyone can pass on please.

i am running vista home premium and using Windows mail not outlook.

your right Adryn but what i don't understand is i have (as before) not downloaded anything other than MS updates it's really wierd.

I do have a recovery partition but i re-installed from my disks in case the recovery was also corrupt.

 

i looked through some of my notes and found that last time i did the full cleaning but in the end it was Combofix that got the job done so i ran it again and the pop up is gone.
