Its amazing the amount you can miss!

OK so my net decided to cut out last night because of a power surge, just got in and it works hooray!
But hey, it's amazing the amount of posts you can miss in one night and day, bearing in mind that night for me is day for others and vice versa!
So glad to be back with my fellow geeks though

I got dial up (sux) and the phone lines went out because of a storm, we were down for 5 days,,pages of posts went by while I was gone.
Made me feel like a noob again

 

I hand my laptop in today as it is my last day at work. Yayyy!! Will be early Feb before I sign back in at MG so I don't plan on trying to read the back log so forgive me if I make more than my usual amount of ignorant comments

 

If you have a sleepless night after you come back, or you are bored one day, you know what you can spend a few hours doing!

LOL @ Solange...thanks for the tip...I'll bear that in mind when trying to adjust to the 8 hour time zone difference

 

your coming west, that's the easy way......I've done it a few times.......1st day, stay up four hours extra, and then sleep....same next day, four more hours extra, then you'll be on time.....it's eight hours difference from here to there, are you moving out my way.........wobbles

I agree...going east to west is easy. My guy is coming west to east tomorrow....oh man, he is going to be so lagged......more so than a AOL ISP user

 

ya....right near me,, on the East coast, it would be many states away....Oregon boarder is about 300 miles away.......have a safe trip, after the holiday......wobbles
