It's happening again.

When I logged in it showed that I had read all the threads. There were no threads in bold lettering to signify that there was a new reply. I don't know why this is happening. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

I've been having this problem for about a week, Colonel, and I'm using the latest version of Firefox. However, having said that, today is the first time I have logged on and it has been okay (unless you're hiding some threads somewhere )

Cookies, cache and temp file cleaning didn't help, btw.

 

Yes, mine does that too. I have IE7 but only for a few days. I had it before but couldn't access my bank. Seems ok so far. I digress, it was doing it before 7.

 

I always use Firefox. It doesn't seem to be happening anymore. If it does, I'll post again.

 

New problem. Now after I've read a thread, but not replied to it, it still show's as 'bold' lettering, like I've not looked at the thread yet. If I reply to a thread the 'bold' lettering goes away, like it should.

Strange happenings.

 

F5 or refresh works well in that case. That's in FF 2.0

 

I don't have 2.0 yet. Also, when I replied to the majorgeeks T-shirt thread it said I was the last to reply - like it should - but the lettering of the thread was in bold type. Weird.

I guess it was saying there was a new message from me that I hadn't read yet. I wonder what I said? I should read it to see.

I just logged in and none of the posts were in bold. I give up.

 

Colonel...don't give up...just come sit next to me and we will have a muffin party together Mine is the same...one day good, the next day not. At least it makes for a change in the routine, huh

 

I've had these issues, every once in a while. But, I chocked it up with me using mozilla minefield (FF3.0).


But, I never posted about it, since I've seen other forums do the same thing. Also, if my memory serves me well, there was a bug reported about this. I'll see if I can find it.
