Its so dead

Hi

have just been helping a room mate with a laptop it was running very slow and had not had any attention for a long time. I used C Cleaner on it and it has now died on attempting to re-boot it.

I am getting nothing no power nothing. Any ideas as I feel guilty

ohh poor hit mate!!! But on the bright side that is hardware issue not software if you get absolouly no power responce. I have used crap cleaner for a age and it hast / cannot do anything like that in my experience.

I would go about opening the case to his computer and cheking if anything has blown. A common cause of pc not booting up is that one of his Capacitors have blown.
