I cannot download Itunes! The first error I get is a windows installer error: the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Clik or enter and alternative path to a folder containing "itunes.msi". I clik cancel and I get the error: older version of apple application support cannot be removed.

Windows installer cleanup utility, msicu.exe files..doesn't run either gives me a Windows Script host error: activex component cant create object "Wscript.shell" Code: 800A01AD....source microsoft VB script runtime error.

Can anyone help me get this off my computer so I can download itunes??

    Thanks:confused

    Hi

Follow the advise HERE and fully make sure iTunes is uninstalled, or try Revo Uninstaller HERE

Then make sure your Windows version is fully updated and by the way what is your Windows version and Service Pack?

Then try and install iTunes again HERE (latest version and do download this as it helps rule out some issue with apple or that internet connection to apple)

Also what I would be trying is the below as malware has been known to cause installer/uninstaller errors like those.
