ITunes filled up my HDD and I can't clear it!

I'm stumped. I installed iTunes onto my main HDD, main partition, and was going to use my music off my external HDD. Problem is, when iTunes started compiling a database, it told me I ran out of hard drive space. Somehow I lost 20Gb (at least) of space in this time, and now I'm running with only 850Mb of free space on my main partition. I uninstalled iTunes, thinking it would erase that data... but it didn't. I've used CCleaner, cleaned my registry and installation as well as doing a disk cleanup with it, and still, those files are somewhere hogging all my HDD space. What on earth do I do? I'm using XP Pro SP3 and my HDD is a Samsung Spinpoint-P 250Gb SATA with two partitions, ~125Gb each. Please help, this is urgent!

Am I supposed to be searching for specific files or what? There's a lot of programs on here, and I'm not quite sure which one I'm supposed to be getting, or at least what the purpose of said program is to be.

I USEd that JkDefrag and that didn't affect it at all. Should I try something like Total Commander?

    Hi

Did you originally have all your music from iTunes on your main HD or is this a new install of iTunes and now wanting to add all the tunes from the external to iTunes, just need to know what your "compiling database" is in reference too as iTunes has a Consolidate Library option, so wondering if its that been used?

Some option for moving the database and folders iTunes uses for its database and music folder http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1364

What you may neeed to do is to Unhide Files and Folders as many of Apples iTunes databases are in hiden folders in Your User Name > Application Data, or My Music.

To unhide folders click in any folder Tools > View and then choose Unhide File and Folders and click OK then search for where the missing space is with those apps above.
