itunes help?????

    yesterday i was trying to put a cd on my itunes. ok not a big deal. i have done this many times before but this time a message came up telling me something about the bit rate and sample rate werent correct or something for the file. please i need help on this one its making me go insane and im getting a new ipod and want these cds on there ahha but any information will be helpful.
