iTunes help

how can I add a whole folder in2 the itunes library, instead of opening the folder, and adding each individual file in2 the library?
I have a folder called ****'s Music, and in there are different folders which are albums, and also files which are singal mp3's. How do I add this ****'s music directory in2 the itunes library in one go?

On the Mac version, you go to file, add to library, and choose the folder. It will add all subfolders. I would think the Windows version works the same.

By the way, I can't tell you how extremely annoying it is to read numbers typed in place of letters.

okay , so i just bought an iTuens Giftcard and iTunes is seriously spazzing. everytime i click redeem it says that my internet has timed out. i've ran diagnostics under help and it say that everything is connected. what do i do?

 

im having trouble with my itunes. whenever i add music into my itunes and then turn the computer off and then back on all the music gradually dissapears out of the itunes folder......does any1 kno wats happening or wat i am doing wrong......plz reply if u kno....thanz heaps
