Itunes issue

Only just bought, installed and started using itunes v5---have reinstalled several times and same problem occurs---have also upgraded to v6 via free download from apple.com---same problem occurs----

itunes v5 works immediately after installation but on rebooting and after upgrading to v6 i get this message :

"the folder itunes cannot be found or created and is required. The default location for this folder is inside the My Music folder"

I tried installing it to the 'My music' folder but this didnt solve problem

Anyone had and/or remedied the same problem

Ive completely uninstalled (both the ipod and itunes) and reinstalled many times and the same thing keeps happening.

I have a Packard Bell laptop with an AMD Athlon processor and Windows XP.
