itunes keeps getting wiped

Hoping someone can help me as this is driving me insane!

Shortly after getting the newest version of itunes my whole library got wiped and now it keeps happening.

I add all my stuff back in then I go back in to it later and nothing is in there anymore.

I'm running ccleaner and advanced windows care 3 - I've checked into the settings of both of these and can't see how they'd be deleting my itunes library.

Sometimes I also run the delete browser history function in internet explorer but I've been doing this for a long time with no problems.
