Itunes Metadata

    I just recently had to replace my hard drive so I am replacing all of the programs. In itunes I have re-uploaded all of my music I had saved from my external hard drive. I can't seem to figure out how to get all of my play counts and ratings for all of the songs that I had on my old itunes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Pretty sure itunes stores that meta data in a preference file, not on each mp3. Hopfuly someone with more ideas can chime in, but i think you might be out of luck.

    Yea I have some old xml files and .itl files which I thought you were just supposed to import them, but it doesn't seem to be working.
