Itunes Not Recognizing My Iphone

I have windows 10PC and Iphone 12 Pro Max. I have updated all softwares on phones and itunes, I have restarted the computers and I am using an apple verified cable. when I try to put new music from itunes onto my phone, I connect phone to my PC and itunes does not recognize the Iphone 12. I have tried all the things above which are supposed to fix it. So do not say, did you download the new itunes or iphone software, or did you restart computer or itunes, or are you using an apple verified cable, as I have already done all these things... What else am I missing?

 

Try running USBDeview and find any USB devices related to the iPhone or iTunes. Right click it and select 'Uninstall'.

You might restart the computer just to be sure. The computer should now recognize the USB device.

 

downloaded it and ran it but no idea what any of it means or what to do?

 

The first 4 entries under 'Description' are for Apple. Uninstall those.

Further down are 2 more from Apple. Uninstall those and if there are any more for Apple further down then uninstall those as well.

Restart the computer and plug in the USB and Windows should recognize it and start installing new drivers.
