   Well I just installed iTunes 7, when i go to run it this comes uip:
   
   The file "iTunes Library.itl"cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes
   
   Is there any way i can fix this?

   Uninstall iTunes through the Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs menu.
   
   Then run a cleaner such as CCleaner
   
   Then reboot your computer and install the latest version of iTunes (version 8.0) from here
