iTunes Smart Playlist: Syncing Issues

    Since, while listening to my songs through the library, shuffling them is not an effective way to listen to every song equally, I created a Smart Play List called "Least Played" (See picture). After syncing my iPod several times, the song list has not changed.

    Any suggestions?

    **I have a 1st Gen. 8 GB iPod Touch. iPod Software: 3.1.3. iTunes Software: up to date.**
