iTunes Switchless Concern

I've been installing iTunes from a site that offers a Switchless version to avoid all the crap that I'd have to install with it otherwise: http://www.ajuaonline.com/custom-installers/ . My concern though, is that suddenly just recently Internet Explorer is claiming that, when starting the download, that it is a reported attack site or concern of infection of some sort. When I actually download it my AVG Antivirus claims it is: Trojan horse Generic21.RKI. I really don't want to have to install the crap that Apple wants you to with iTunes, but I want to make sure first that what I've been using from this site hasn't suddenly become an actual concern (I've never had any noticeable problems with it before). I know of other means of handling the install of iTunes to avoid the stuff I don't want it to install, but this has been a godsend for ease of install and I'd prefer not reverting back to that.

What I would like to check and see, if at all possible, is that this is not just some false positive situation going on with IE and AVG. So, I was wondering if MajorGeeks could help me out with this situation? It seems a little far'fetched to me that this would actually be a malicious program.
