I've been HiJacked and I think I need help

Hi... I am new here and I was reading all the tutural help however I believe my problem might be bigger than the help that was given.. I was wondering if it would be ok, to post my log so some one might be able to help me..
this is my problem..
my IE explorer i know has been hi jacked. I click on any web site and it takes me back to about.blank. I have been browsing this site for a few days now and have read that if "The kind of about:blank hijack that CANNOT be fixed with this procedure is of the following form:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank

I have this in my log.

Could some one please give me some assistance?

you really need to follow all of the instructions in this thread "Sticky: READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal", and then see where you stand afterwards. I just finished one "About Blank" (hijacked), and it only took me about 30 min or so, but it had a whole lot of other stuff that has taken a while to do, including windows updates, etc. most of the computers that i have worked on lately, have had virus' as well as a buttload of spyware.- sos

 

I did read the "Sticky: READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal" I am still having no luck... I am getting frustrated because it won't let me download Microsoft words into computer and my daughter has a report that needs to be typed before the end of the night... So please some one help me... My operating system is window XP... Can I post the log?
