I've lost my T-Line stuff

I use dial-up at home and it works fine. I use T-Line at work and usually it works well. I went on vacation for a week and when I came back the T-Line wasn't working right. I tried different things and removed and/or deleted some stuff without any success. I did a System Restore with success. Now, in my Network Connections folder I only have the dial up icon/program. I think I need a driver of some kind. I have a Dell Inspiron 4000 laptop and I use XP Home.

Any suggestions?
