Hi Shawn,

If, as you say in your other thread, your problems keep coming back, then HijackThis is not the correct tool for you right now. You should follow the steps that Halo linked for you in your other thread and make note of the ones you are able to complete and the ones that give you problems. This will help experts like chaslang fix you up quickly
Again, HijackThis is not a miracle cure - if you do not take the steps to safeguard your computer (firewall, timely updates, safe surfing, etc...) you'll soon be back in the same boat!
