Ive tried EVERYTHING!!!

Ive done everything advised by you before leaving this log so i hope theres nothing bad left but could you please check to give me an experts assessment.Im in the middle of reinstalling my aol spyware protection so any info in the log mentioning missing files in relation to said program please be aware that im aware (if that makes sense!?).I appreciate any help you can offer me as i understand this is a non profit set-up which can only ever be inundated with demands for help.Also i know this isnt necessarily virus related but i didnt want to waste YOUR time with petty threads so here goes.I have noticed my pc slowing down in general,i dont have a problem with 100% cpu or anything it just seems sloooow!Stuff like simply right clicking on a file to say delete can take a few seconds where it should be instant and instead of menus popping up they tend to slowly scroll bit by bit till its all there.Also when im online for a while my connection can be interrupted and then im unable to restart it and my shut down computer option freezes midway,basically im fed up of pulling the plug instead of properly shutting down.Again,thanks for any positive opinion you can offer me.
