I've tried just about everthing: Amazon account link times out/not working

I've been trying for days to following the link "Edit your Amazon Payments account" on amazon.com, but it times out. All the links under "get paid" do this.

I am using Windows XP home addition

I contacted amazon.com and they recommended the following:

Cookies - enable cookies - I did this, and even changed it to "all cookies"

browers - I tried four different browsers: Avant, IE, Netscape, and Firefox

cache - I deleted my entire cache, including cookies

proxery server - I am not behind a proxer server. I use charter cable internent.

clock - I have the right clock settings and time zone

They "can't duplicate the problem" IOW, the links work on thier end.

I have tried several things on my own:

I added amazon.com as a trust site, and set it up to "always allow" cookies

I checked to see if cookies were enabled with Netscape - they were.

I installed MS .Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0 - my windows is completely up to date. I restarsted my laptop

I tried a direction connection to my cable modem, instead of using my wireless card, not luck.

Could this be a spyware issue? I disabled Spybot protection. I use Norton Utilities 2006 to protect my computer. I am not behind a firewall.

Could Ad-ware or Spyware blaster be doing this? I disabled protection with spyware blaster.

I email amazon, and I tell them that I did all of thier suggestions, and that I enabled cookies, but they still emailed me and told me to enabl cookies.

Does anybody know what is going on?

 

I figured out and fix the problem. I changed some settings on my wireless router. I set it to 100MB full, and I set it to allow anonymous internet request.
