Java Error

so i tried to update my java and i keep getting error 1753 There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

and i have one older version but when i try to remove it, it gives me the same error number and message.

and i used that javara program and it still didnt remove it

this seems to be an issue with a lot of people.try going in to task manager and kill the jqs.exe process then use the uninstall feature in ccleaner " http://www.majorgeeks.com/CCleaner_Slim_No_Yahoo_Toolbar_English_d4191.html " then run the registry tool.once uninstalled delete the java folder in program folder and the sun folder in documents and settings computer name application data sun folder.run ccleaner again both cleaner and registry tool then reboot computer and install the latest java " http://majorgeeks.com/Sun_Java_Runtime_Environment_d4648.html " .good luck.
