Java Issue, I think

I searched the best I could, but I wasn't really sure what to search for, so I decided this may be the best way to do it. I am trying to access certain websites, all of which I "think" are flash or java based...not sure how to tell...for example, the one I keep trying to use is http://www.rr.com , the roadrunner site. The problem is that I can click on the links, but nothing happens. Example, if I click on "WEb Mail" it doesn't so anything....Any help?

Edit: Make that a Flash issue, yeah...I'm an idiot...but still having the problem..

 

Which version of Windows are you using?
Which Web-Browser are you using and what version ?
Which popup-blockers/firewall/antivirus/antispyware/etc. are you using ?

If it is flash that doesn't work, have you tried to install flash ?

 

I am using IE6, norton, windows firewall, adaware se 6 and ewido. As far as up to date on flash, I am, I have flash 8...I already double checked that. It is not all the flash links, only the web mail, voice mail and a few throughout the page. Thanks for the time.

 

Are you using SP2 of Windows XP ? (Guessing XP since you mention Windows firewall)

 

yes, SP2, all updates are current as far as I am aware.

 

Try running this command:

 

Perhaps a stupid question, where do I run the command? In the Start -->Run? If so, I ran it and nothing happened. No change.
