Java Problem?

My cousin is trying to access www.wwe.com. From there he wants to go to shopzone, but its a:

java script:MM_openExtWindow("http://shopzone.wwe.com/")

Now it seems as if he is having a problem accessing java based sites because anything on that site, or any other that says:

"java script:MM_openExtWindow"

He can't get to it. Nothing happens. It works on my comp, but not his.

He has XP Home, a Dell comp.

Can anyone help me out? Been trying to fix it for weeks. I tried to repair windos thinking it's a problem with Xp OS Javascript but I guess not.

What can/should I do?

Is he running any kind of Popup blocker? Sometimes they can prevent javascript windows from opening...

 

have you checked the settings in your browser?
go to tools - internet options - security - custom level and check the java settings.
