Java question............

Since installing Avast I cannot open any javascript pop-ups. This effects a number of sites I use. Some of them (especially the BBC) can be got around by 'opening in a new window', but others cannot be done this way.

I have had a play with the settings, but cannot seem to do it.

Anyone else had this (or know of another reason why I may be having trouble) and know the way to resolve it?

Which browser are you using? On what OS?

 

Using IE and have XP.

It was fine before installing Avast, unless another program (ZA perhaps) is messing it around.
