Have you used the Incredimail gallery before with no problems or is this the first time you have used it?

Which Windows version do you have?

Do you have a popup blocker if so disable it and try to download again.

Javascript in your browser maybe disabled, to enable it in IE follow this; in and IE window click Tools > Interent Options > Security Tab > Custom Level > scroll down to Scripting of Java Applets > and check Enable > Ok > Ok

    Hi
    Thanks for your help.
Yes i have used incredimail gallery before and all was ok.I have incredimail xe.
Build 5002185..I dont have a popup blocker but just thought could it be something to do with the zonealarm firewall that i have?
Ive enabled the setting you gave me in IE and still no change but i use firefox browser and java is enabled on it.

Ah ok, forgot about other browsers, did you by any chance try IE to see if it works?

Also delete your Firefox Disk Cache ( Privacy > Cache ) and Cookies as their maybe a corrupt page entry in there, downside with Cookies is you will have to re-logon to sites you had set to auto logon.

Disable Zone Alarm to see if thats the culprit as dependent on version it has Popup blocking included.. or see if your version has this option open ZA and goto Privacy and Turn off Ad Blocking.

Probably not a problem on the browser, javascript void() is an indication that there is supposed to be a script present that is triggered by a user action.
ie: when you roll-over an image, it can trigger a javascript action to change an image or some content etc. often this is translated by a browser as javascript void because the code is "commented out" by the programmer. This is done so older browsers cannot see the javascript (because they can't understand it). If in doubt, either use an alternative browser, check for an update of existing browser or try to contact the website owner...

I don't use Avast so not that familiar with WebShield. You could look for a setting to turn it off or disable Avast temporarily and see if it solves the problem.

OK. I know Norton's Internet Security has caused the problem and thought maybe, like Halo suggested, something was blocking it.

Checked Avast AV as I have that installed and no options within it to block Javascript, but just make sure all the modules have their slider set to normal.

as its happening with both IE and FF I still have that feeling some security app is blocking the javascript popup window that incredimail has at their downloads page, so on that thought what other security programs do you have plus any toolbars?

plus have Incredimail support got back to you with an answer?
