Jave 6 Update 23 Error 2753

Hi, I hope this is the correct area to post this...

I am trying to download the Jave 6 update 23. I'm getting the 2753 error, meaning that it is already partially installed on my computer and will not reinstall. It does not show up in add/remove programs. I have Advanced Care Free, CCCleaner, RegCure, IObit Uninstaller and Advanced Uninstaller. None of these will work. I've tried System Restore, that does not work either. Windows Utility Tool can no longer be downloaded. I'm trying to find a free download that can fix this problem. I have Windows 7 (converted from Vista) and IE8. Can someone please assist me with this? Thank you!

 

Unfortunately that didn't work. There were some Java listing in both programs. In Windows Clean Up I was able to delete the Java listings. When I used the JAVRA both the first and second times it did remove some Java listings as well. Here's the log report from that...
Also, I have 32 Bit and Norton. I've left Norton turned on and completed these and I also turned it off when it didn't work.
