Jet Clean

I traded in my ccleaner for je t clean
but
it always tells me
"YOU MUST CLOSE FIREFOX TO CONTINE"
even when firefox is closed?

why?

 

I would recommend on keeping ccleaner.

I never heard of Jet Clean and i have been around for a while.

Jet clean sounds like an off brand of Advance system care.And from what i read they both basicly do the same thing.

 

I installed it as a test and it didn't give me that warning as I had closed Fx. Maybe check in Task Manager carefully to see whether there is one or any firefox.exe processes hanging. If there aren't any and JC still gives that warning, then clearly it's a crap program.
Having said that, I also much prefer CCleaner Slim and I wasn't impressed with Jet Clean's messy GUI. CCleaner s 100 times more straightforward and configurable.

the issue I have is I run it and it says 4 errors fixed(after I get past CLOSE FF!)
then I immediately run it again
more stuff gets cleaned, more errors fixed

Then I log into facebook or gmail, etc and my username and passwords are still there
I run CC cleaner and I have to type my username/passwords again
yes, CCcleaner for the win

 

first thing I did, just to be sure
yeah, FF is not running
and I know its JETCLEAN< cause I'll get the CLOSE FF warning,(its closed) but I hit ok
jetclean "cleans"
then I immediately run it again
same CLOSE FF warning andsame "3 errors fixed"
I JUST RAN IT!
I'll use ccleaner to unstall it!
