JIT Debugger?

    Everytime I try to start a program, a warning window pops up and says
    "Application has gerated a exeption that couldn't be handled"
    Process id =0xcc4 (3268), Thread id=0x9fc (2556)

    Ok to terminate, Cancel to debug.
    I chose to debug it and it takes me to another pop up thing which tells me that I don't have a registered JIT debugger and that the attept resulted in the error "0x2 (2)

    cordbg.exe !a 0xd80
    Retry to attach manually, Cancel to abort.

    I click retry and nothin happens. What am I doing wrong?
