    Hello can you help me.. My pc is asking for JourneySoftwarePromo and its driving me mad! Iv just totaly wiped it and its still running slow.. I think the error is still there.. im not sure.. what should i do if it is??rolleyes:(

    That program is from HP. Do you have an HP computer, printer, scanner, or camera?

    Hi i Have a packard bell with service pack 2 or 3 cant remember now..
    I ran the xp pro disk over the top and started again. Seems to be ok now.

    Glad you have this sorted now, a little drastic in the re-install but well its fixed and thats all that matters, however if you have similar again then this application can help fix a corrupt or rouge installer that keeps popping up on your PC, http://majorgeeks.com/Windows_Installer_CleanUp_Utility_d4459.html you woudl just look for the name of the installer and remove ( powerful utility and not to be used lightly)

    Likely this was caused by the application not installing or uninstalling correctly.
