I have a logitech extreme 3D pro and am playing X2: the threat .... and everything was going well untill I had the bright idea to install the logitechs drivers ,,, I've uninstalled them but my ship keeps spinning  ... I've tried recalibrating via the control panel but it still does it ... and I don't use this joystick that much so I doubt that the springs have come loose especially when considering the problem started when I installed logitechs drivers

what I want to know is if anyone knows of a third party calibration tool that they use and/or like? There is the calibration data either in ".ini" type files or in the registry, where are they are and what values should I input to reset them?

Ive read somewhere about pulling it apart and shaving off some plastic "fix"
apparently it works for a good while calibration is a big issue for logitech joysticks anyway. If you read their message baords and user reviews i think you will find alot of dissapointment im afraid :(

hmm ... yea I was thinking I need a new joystick ... that new saitek looks good :D .... too bad I can't really afford it atm ... i uninstalled then reinstalled the drivers in the device manager which works ... sorta ...as the issue keeps popping up .. but I will check up in the logitech forums if I can find that fix you're talking about
