JuliaH I just don't know where to begin

I came to this forum looking for help!
I got A Virus of some type; not sure exactly
what it might be;
I was doing your cleaning, then I had to
get two files "get RunKey" and "showNew"
that's where I got stuck! Can't find them;
did a google search and here I am!
sorry I don't know what else to say,
could someone help me out?
please?

I'm still not sure what my problem is though;
I think I will post the symptons in the
Malware Forum as you suggested:
right now my computer is the way it was when it
came from the store; I've lost some things
and what's left is scattered around;
