So...I have an external drive enclosure that had a specialized PSU with a switch on it to turn it on/off

that one burned out, and i have an extra that i can use. It works fine, however i have no means of switching it on/off without a board. So my question is...

is there a viable solution to this problem? can i get a switch somewhere? is it safe to "jump start" it and leave it on for a long period of time?

any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
