JumpDrive Secure

My dad forgot the password that he assigned to his Lexar JumpDrive Secure, so I tried (without luck) to format the drive. Unfortunately, it won't let me near the secure partition, so the only part of the drive that I am able to access and format is 7.78MB (out of 128MB).

When I try to load the JDSecure software, I get the following error:
[-10303] Invalid secure partition found in the JumpDrive. To use application on this Lexar JumpDrive, please format the disk with just one partition and try again.

Duh, that's what I'm trying to do and the Lexar website is no help. Is there a utility that will wipe this drive clean so I can reload the JDSecure software and start fresh?

When I use my JumpDrive Secure, I received an Error: 10303. Invalid secure partition found in JumpDrive.

This error will only happen the first time you use your JumpDrive after upgrading from Version 2.0 to Version 3.1.

Hi, Steve:
I downloaded the newer version, but got the same error. I wish that the jump drive had a little reset switch like my Palm Pilot. It would make life a whole lot easier!
