Just A Bit Of Help, Not Sure If I'm Clean.

Please re-run AdwCleaner, after performing a new scan-click on the Clean button.
After your machine is restarted, upload the AdwCleaner(C*).log and the requested MGLogs.zip.

 

Your logs are clean. What malware issues are you having?

 

I can't recall....are you using Firefox? Is it up to date? Perhaps if you uninstall and reinstall the latest version? Have you tried a different browser?

 

Please download ZHPCleaner to your desktop.

• Close all applications (including your web browsers and antivirus)
• Double-click on ZHPCleaner to run the tool.
• If you are using Windows Vista, 7/8/10; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click ZHPCleaner and select "Run as Administrator".
• Please click the "J'accepte/I agree" button.
• First press the "Scanner" button. Be patient, the scan may take some time.
• Do NOT fix/repair anything yet! Please upload that logfile also with your next reply.

 

I see nothing of concern in that log. How is your pc running?

 

I'm not sure that resetting your browsers to the default settings would help, but I'll give those links:

Reset Chrome to Defaults
Reset Firefox to Defaults

Also if you use a shortcut link or quicklaunch icon to start your browser -

Right-click on the shortcut and look at the Properties to see if anything unwanted has been forced to load during the execution of the browser.​

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:

1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase it, it provide no protection. It do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
2. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
3. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
4. If running Vista, Win 7/8/10 - it is time to make sure you have re-enabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it, don't be concerned - just move on to the next step.
6. Go to the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double-click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
