Just a Heads Up if Autorun stops working on XP/Vista etc

    Hi Folks,

    Just a heads up in case you have a user or yourself wonder why Autorun is not working.

    Just been reading the updates that are listed from yesterday and one of them for XP is KB967940, while their was a manual download of this in the past, its now coming in WU.

    the reason is that many malwares can be spread by removable media thats infected being plugged in, so I think its a good idea to blanket add this update.

    Windows 7 users dont need this as its disabled by defualt and some users may already have the patch for a manual download, os its not offered.

    but I know some users like this autorun and may wonder why its missing now, so if you wish to enable it try HERE (enable FixIT)
